Returns-Exchanges-Defective

In every case our goal is to make sure you're as happy with your purchase as possible! Nobody wants to spend all their time wishing they had "bought the better model" or feeling like they overspent. Our policy is the best we can do in fairness to you the customer and to us as a successful business.

 

10 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return your detector purchase for a 70% refund OR an 85% trade in value towards a higher value model. The return shipping is not refundable, and refunds are not available until units are back in stock and have been inspected by a technician. We reserve the right to dock additional fees for damage to the unit caused by mishandling, missing parts, poor return packaging, etc. An automatic 10% fee will also be deducted for units not returned in the original manufacturers packaging unless that is how it was shipped to you. If the unit was shipped for free the original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refunded or credited amount. We try to be fair in all cases and reserve the right to change these policys for a better customer experience.

Care Package Policy

Our care packages are given with all detector purchases! In the case that you return an item we ask that you return all care package items as well. Missing care package items or items returned too dirty or damaged will also be charged for from your refund.
In the case of exchange, in an effort to save your return shipping costs we will let you hang onto overlapping care package goods. In the case of faulty care package goods let us know within 30 days and we will see to it you receive a replacement piece asap!

*Defective Merchandise

In the case that you receive a defective detector contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will see to it you receive a return authorization and an exchanged unit. For units older than 7 days we will do our best to see to it you get the best and fastest service possible to get back to what we all love doing best.

Parts Returns

In cases of parts we do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. Parts that have been used are not returnable. In cases of wrong orders you are responsible for the return shipping unless it is our fault. ALL PARTS RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR THEY WILL BE REFUSED.

Mistakes in shipping

In cases of wrong shipping addresses or mistakes on shipping labels the party at fault pays for any re-shipping. We offer free freight, in cases of mistakes on the purchasers behalf we will only charge you what it costs to resend the package. If it is our fault we will of course pay for the re-shipment. In cases of returns on double shipped items party at fault is charged for all shipping costs.

COD

We apologize but we do NOT offer COD services at this time.
